Hey my name is Ryan.

I graduated University with an Honours degree in Sports and Psychology from the University of Stirling (Scotland) then became a certified personal trainer. I am currently self employed in a large chain gym where I have been training 1:1 for over 2 months now. My ultimate goal is to break free from the gym and own the largest fitness business in the United kingdom earning 7 figures a year via multiple income streams. This year my goal is to start up, run and systemise a bootcamp in multiple locations. My current interests are blogging and internet marketing.
